Gillingham Village Hall is registered charity, serving the local community of Gillingham, Beccles, run and supported by local volunteers, committee members and trustees.
The main Hall has a generous 140sqm floor area, contemporary fully equipped kitchen, along with modern toilet facilities. Outside is a large attractive patio area, which is securely fenced and gated. Available by the hour for functions, events, parties, weddings and regular meetings etc. Parking is available on site for several vehicles.

Insurance and licensing
Gillingham Village Hall holds full public liability insurance and is licensed for music, events, parties and gatherings.
Maximum of 80 persons capacity.
Alcohol must NOT be sold on the premises without a licence, but may be served. You may apply for a license at the local council.
Health and Safety
Gillingham Village Hall conforms to all current Health and Safety and Fire regulations.
Accessibility
Safe access is provided to front and rear, front access is direct from designated disabled parking bay via a hand railed, gentle gradient slope.
Parking
Parking is available on site, with space for several vehicles.

Key Committee members are voted on at each Annual General Meeting (AGM), each AGM date will be announced publicly in advance, all will be welcome to participate.
